- 3 Tbps Olive oil
- 1 Tbps Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Bourbon Honey Mustard
- 1 clove Garlic Finely Minced
- 2 Tbps Sun-dried tomatoes Finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 pinch Basil or Italian Herbs
In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, bourbon honey mustard, minced garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes (if using).
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the dressing.
Season with salt and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Stir in the herbs (if using).
